A lushly landscaped haven tucked away at the end of a quiet peninsula, Hidden Bay Condominium is one of Aventura’s most remarkable, amenity-rich private luxury communities. This stellar property, home to young and old from all over the globe, features 371 homes in three interconnected residential towers with floor-to-ceiling windows, multiple balconies and sweeping vistas of Dumbfoundling Bay, the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean and near the attractions of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The seven members of the Board of Directors of our Condominium work hard to make life at Hidden Bay an optimal experience for owners and their pets. Residents enjoy parties twice a year on the party room terrace, stroll the curving paths at our one-acre waterfront park, or play tennis on our four courts, swim in our heated pools or relax in the hot tub. Our facilities also include a kids’ room, a library, outdoor barbecue areas, valet service, and at our Yacht Club and marina, boat slips, a spa, a gym, a weight room, and a comprehensive schedule of exercise, yoga, Pilates, dance and Aquacise classes. A Halloween bash at the Yacht Club is geared towards the many children in our community.
