Wednesday, September 30:  Tower 1/B & Tower 3/B  – NO ACCESS via 1st floor garage -No deliveries, moves allowed.  Elevator Landing tile to be cleaned and sealed.  Access to official residents on landing only; all others please access elevators from the 2nd floor. 
October 7 – 16:  Annual Extensive Elevator Tests: In addition to Annual tests - Weight, Generator & Heat tests will also be performed. NO Deliveries/Moves or Pick-ups during noted dates. Expect elevator delays.  Please plan accordingly.
October 12 – 30: Window Washing: Inaccessible exterior windows.  Workers will anchor from roof top terraces or use lift boom (weather permitting).
November 16 – January 8: NO Unit Contractor/handyman renovations/work allowed for holiday period.   Standard service repairs and appliance/ac/heater replacements only. Please plan accordingly.
Covid-19 – Pool, Mask and Elevator Protocol
MASKS:  Appropriate face coverings are mandatory for all residents and guests (this includes all contractors, housekeepers, health care, deliveries, services, etc.)
ELEVATOR:   Only one person or one family can be using the elevator at any given time.  Please stand back on the elevator landing to give sufficient distance (6ft) for those getting off to exit and leave the elevator.
POOL: All residents going to the pool must have a colored wrist band that they can get at the Front Desk. Band color changes weekly and must always be worn when at the pool. Only Hidden Bay residents and their immediate families can use the pool for the time being.  No guests allowed.  See posted notices for complete details. 
FINES imposed for not complying with Mask, Elevator or Pool Requirements.
